My bil sells "The Best Flour", a company that sells flours all year, all different healthy ones. He is also selling kosher l'pesach tapioca flour. And if I saw it in my grocery store today, in kj, nonetheless, believe me, it's kosher for passover. LOL

I saw some kind of chips- rings made from tapioca starch and potato starch. Also oil and spices. Seemed healthy enough, but I wanted to find out what tapioca is first. Sounds good, maybe I'll buy it.

It's a root, Mama Bear. The only issue I can think of is that they might not peel it first. But then again, they might.
