Long (sad) story but I need to help someone repair and replace items that were damaged or destroyed in a flood. Insurance will pay so $ is there. But we need to provide estimates and I am in chu"l and am having trouble getting estimates by phone.
Can anyone give me ballpark estimates for GOOD QUALITY versions of any of the following? If you don't know all feel free to just tell me the ones you do. A range would be even better.
Store recommendations also welcome.
Re-upholstering dining room chairs
Refinishing top of wood dining table
Twin beds plus good mattresses
A nice sofa (not a sofabed)
Livingroom chair
Coffee table
Area rug

I’ll tell you about what I know:
Custom made corner sofa around 5-6,000 shekel
Twin beds without headboards around 10k for sprightly better mattresses
Also Facebook marketplace is a great resource for hardly used second hand
