I’m having a hard time with my pediatrician in getting a letter for a special safe bed and adaptive stroller.
(Just a super busy office)
Where is a good place to go that will help me with insurance claim and entire process?

Are you getting OPWDD services? First step should be your case manager. If she's having a hard time working with insurance, have your therapists refer you to a vendor with a letter describing need. The vendors can assist with insurance applications and appeals. Home health pavilion is a good place to start.
If you get denied. Reach out to www.firsthandfoundation.org. they pay up to 5000 for denied equipment .
