Is there an area of the boardwalk by Hollywood or Miami that's nice and safe to walk around at night and with kids?

The Hollywood boardwalk is really nice. I was there day & night & felt safe.

Bump. Any other ideas? Are there people on the beach at night by the Hollywood boardwalk. We are looking for a coastal walk that will have people that are not in beach attire.

Both? I only see The Hollywood Boardwalk listed here. Perhaps I missed something. What is is other boardwalk that is safe and nice? Thank you for your help!

What are you talking about? I live down here. We walk on the boardwalk at night. Tons of people do. No issues. I don't know what kind of research you're doing.

Yes, both. See title of this thread? Hollywood and Miami are two different places.

Yes. I didn’t think that there would be only one boardwalk in Miami. I was expecting a bunch with different names and locations and different safety levels and different clientele. From the posts I read, I understood that there is a boardwalk called “The Hollywood Boardwalk” but wasn’t sure which, if any, boardwalk in Miami was being referred to. I have never been to South Florida. I am piecing together what I can from Google, maps, and suggestions from Imamother.
