Is it only 200-300? What type if heater do you have? What temperature do you set it on? It costs me way more.

Legally removing a pool is also expensive. It cost my SIL a few thousand. All the wiring, plumbing, cement - all of it had to be removed professionally.
It was triggered by her home owner policy so had to be done 100% legally. She wasn’t allowed to just fill the whole.

Het home owner insurance policy was much higher with the pool.

But in terms of the cost of buying a home it isn’t that crazy.
