11 is very early for a teen to go to bed on motse Shabbos especially being that he napped!
Your DH should be grateful that ds wants to watch a Yiddish play at home instead of going out and doing questionable things out of the home. Maybe you and DH should go to a chinuch expert together. One who specializes in teens.
