Al Di La is a traditional upscale place
Manche Pani is also upscale, it's new with a more modern vibe and Israeli cuisine
Yoffee Coffee is more mid-level restaurant with delicious food
Rendezvous is also a mid-level eat in with a pizza shop style

Primavera- (probably the most upscale in Monsey.)
Bites Cafe
Hava Java- (I suggest the Wesley location, it's less crowded.)
