How can I cook dark chicken cutlets in crockpot ?

Please does anyone have a recipe for soft moist - not such a bbq style fan. A little is fine.

It will always be moist in the crockpot, any recipe will be fine. Even if you just spice and put it in with no liquid it will probably generate enough liquid and be moist after a few hrs

Cook it on low for 3-4 hours.

I’ll be out the house. If I cook it for 8-9 hrs on low will it be dry? My crock pot cooks on the stronger side.

I think 9-10 hours is too long; cutlets will dry out.

Put it on a timer so that it turns off and doesn't overcook.

If I end up broiling / baking it what is the preferred method and approx how high and long??
