Her ears keep getting crusty what do I have to search for? Stainless steel? 14k gold or sterling silver?

I love these! But I tried a different huggie and my daughter kept opening it on her own so these hold tighter? Those were pretty easy to open

Yes, much tighter
My DD pulled off two different pairs of screw on backs and the regular huggie type before I found these. She's been wearing these for about 4 months now
