Sweatpants with random tshirts they've amassed but don't wear. I tried buying juniors pajamas when they were younger, and then women's, but invariably they collected dust while sweatpants ruled.

My teen (and her big sisters who are no longer teens) wouldn't be caught dead in something pre-matched up, like Jack and Becky.
Aeropostle, Holister, Forever 21, H&M (they like their leggings) and other random mall finds of various tees and leggings is their pj's of choice.
