now that my daughter is sleeping on her stomache she wakes up wet almost every morning. the diaper just can't contain what goes in. I find myself washing her sheets a few times a week.
any suggestions?
I've tried a few brands of diapers. doesn't help.

Try double diapering her before she goes to sleep.

buy a size bigger, I find when diapers get to small they leak everywhere. is it possible she could use the next size up? doesn't hurt to try?

I second what Rochel Leah said. but I would suggest the first diaper her reg. size and the second diaper a size bigger.

nope. can't be they're too small. I just changed to this size. she would swim in the bigger size. I'll see if it works to double diaper her.

how old is your baby?
when my son was still waking up at night, he started leaking through (about 9-10 months). I put him on the next size diaper and it helped. B"H shortly afterward he learned to sleep through the night (well, actually we trained him) and since he wasn't nursing at night, he was able to wear his regular size diapers without leaking. what a relief!
good luck!
(ps you may think the next size will be too big...but try buying one pack. if they really are, you can always save them for a few months. but may be worth the try!)

They sell diapers called "overnights" by Huggies. Those are supposed to really work.

I've always used pampes cruises, they work great! I find huggies are not worth anything-always leak.

I second the going up a size, and make sure is closed tight.

Get cloth pocket diapers, and triple stuff them Smile

double diapers will only help if you cut slits in the first diaper. Reason being, if the diaper fills up it will leak through the sides. with slits it will slowly seep into the second diaper preventing leakage at the sides.
good luck

I've tried many diff. diapers including huggies overnites and they did not work. the only thing that works for me is to change my baby if she wakes up in middle of the night. I hate doing it because she starts screaming but there's nothing else I can do if I don't want her to be soaking wet in the morning.

Let her "swim" in the next diaper size up for the night so she won't leak
