My freezer is stocked up with chocolate cakes. Now I want to make a nut cake. Does anyone have a good recipe they don't mind to share? Thanks.

for those who don't even use potato starch:
juice of 1 lemon
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
250 gr. chopped nuts
separate eggs; whip whites; add sugar
cream yolks, add gently to whites
add nuts and lemon juice
bake at 175 degrees for 45 min.
