Mine are always flying everywhere and then get wrinkled and the whole situation is a mess. Apparently no one else on google has this problem. Maybe this is an obvious answer for others and I'm beyond hopeless. Any ideas?

No that doesnt hold an entire sleeve of napkins. Once the sleeve is opened theyre everywhere. I dont know why this is such an issue by me. Also, I need to store them in the cabinet. Nothing else on my counters.

One of my upper cabinets are reserved for paper goods. Lowest shelf of that upper cabinet has 2 packages of lunch napkins (4 stacks - each package makes 2 stacks on the shelf) on the right side. On the left side of that same lower shelf are stacks of plastic cups. Every package is opened, unpacked and neatly stacked as soon as the groceries are delivered.
On the shelf above that we have 1 tall stack of 9" plates, then 6" side by side, and then bowls.

Here's my step by step solution.
1) go to Costco
2) buy a tub of Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies.
3) eat the cookies
4) fill the tub with the napkins
5) put all but one remaining napkin in your napkin holder
6) use last napkin to wipe off the crumbs and melted chocolate from the cookies!

I have a few of these on the shelves of my pantry. I store various bulk paper goods in them. One has plastic plates, one has cups, one has napkins. I’m not sure which size fits the napkins, but an entire pack fits in. I open the pack, put the napkins in upright, then pull several at a time when I need to refill the napkin holder on the table.

I leave them in the plastic. I just open one end and leave the rest in. They should stay nicely.

I bought this rustic napkin holder in Amish country a few years ago:

It holds 100 napkins — half of one of those Bounty napkin packages that split into 2 secions.

Brilliant! I happen to use this very container, found in my office's recycling bin, for storing something else. Dearly wish I had more of them but alas, I am not a Costco shopper.

I like step #3 the best!
