If your family can use OSEM puding there is a great recipe and it makes the cake stay tall. I know someone that puts and uses and aluminum wonder baker. if you are interested I can probably get the recipe

I believe it's all in the proper whipping of the egg whites ... [said as the person baking since I'm 8 years old]
