Thanks! Are most of these camps similarly priced?

No, that's the cheapest. Most are in the 2000s.

Even at 2500 these prices are so much cheaper than the typical MO camp.

Was she already in a camp or first time?
I'm hitting 40 and had this problem in Camp Tubby many moons ago. Was a fine girl with excellent middos but didn't know how to suck up to the counselours and directors. Was ashamed of the way I played sports. I Was rejected to rejoin their CIT program. I can still feel the humiliation and shame I felt.

New camper. I've never heard of a returning camper not getting in, as long as not a troublemaker and follow the tznius rules. That sounds very hurtful Sad

Ahuvah is only running for 4 weeks at the end and they charge $3200. The $2400-2500 range seems to be a pretty typical average. Of course all these prices do not include additional fees: transportation, luggage, canteen, tips.

For the same amount of time (a scant less than 4 weeks)? Just curious.

I am sure it's a great camp but it's too modern for us.

Would you consider sending your dd as a mother’s helper? I’ve heard there’s a need for that in some of the camps. (If she’s old enough, not sure what ages they take for it and if you even wrote how old she is)

I'm not modern and two of my daughters are going to Maayan. One went last year too and was very happy. I just wouldn't call it very yeshivish.

What more do you get for your $ than at the more right-wing camps? Meaning - I understand why MO schools are more expensive, because you generally get more educated and licensed teachers, better facilities, labs, computers, etc. But when it comes to camp, is there something MO camps offer more than BY camps that explains the additional cost?
