Hi I need help loosing 20-30 pounds (post baby BH), and I have heard that there are medications that can help with this such as phentermine or other medications. I am looking for a doctor/nurse Practioner in the Lakewood area who can prescribe medication and help me with this. I am willing to travel. I have excellent health insurance. If anyone has any leads and can tell me about their experience, if it worked for you etc - I would be most appreciative! Thank you

Who do you use as a GP? I would imagine a regular doctor will be hesitant to perscribe something to a new patient. I was prescribed a weight loss medication after years of being a patient at a local doctor.
I imagine you would have better luck with a weight loss clinic

Have not heard of a magic pill
Heard of people looking for solutions
check safetly on line, side effects , before you go for any.
Then asked your doctor to suggest a weight management center/ program
I think controlled diet and daily gym would probably work more than any magic
