My family loves the Diet Russian Cucumber Salad at Gourmet Glatt-the cukes are shredded, there is some red onion, and the dressing has some mayo (sour cream? It's sold with the dairy takeout).

Anybody have a recipe for something similar?

Generally dressed with 1/3 cup sour cream, 3-4 springs dill, salt and pepper.
