Has anyone ever made this before? One big pancake in the oven?
I saw the recipe and it looked interesting. Was wondering if anyone has ever made this and if it was a success or not?

Life hack - pancake mix is just vanilla cake mix!
I made it with zucchini and chocolate chips. It turned out delicious. You can then cut it into squares to serve. It's so much easier this way. I am never standing over a hot stove again.
Next I plan to make a batch with blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, and a granola topping.

I used to do this regularly. I just used my regular pancake recipe (from spice and spirit) poured in a thin layer in a large pan. My favorite was with frozen cherries mixes in
Fried pancakes are tastier, I think, plus the shapes are more fun than slices squares from the pan.
But it worked very well, and was a great shortcut

I’ve seen this done on food videos. Different add ins on different sections, like blueberry, strawberry, banana slices, chocolate chips.havent tried it myself but don’t see why it shouldn’t work
I also know someone who does 1 big pancake in the frying pan and then cuts into wedges

My pancake recipe is definitely healthier than a typical cake recipe. I bake it in the oven in muffin tins for breakfast at times.
