I want to start working out 5-10 minutes a day consistently. That's all I can do right now due to my energy level. If I try for more, I will fail. Hopefully as my strength, energy, and endurance improve, I can aim for 15-20 minutes.
I desperately need an accountability partner or group. I know that I will always have an excuse whether I was too tired, kids are sick, stress at work, a million other reasons. I need someone who can check in with me every day and ask if I did my workout.
Are there any WhatsApp groups like that? Would anyone be interested in being my partner?
