Any ideas for a theme of just having moved to a new house/new block right before Purim? Costumes, mishloach manos? Thank you!

My family did this when we were moving out but it can be easily adapted: We all wore cow-patterned shirts with the words "We're moooooving" on the front and on the back it said "see ya!". (Or in your case that can be "We just mooooooved in" and on the back it can say "hi there." The little kids were cowboys.
We gave out cookies and milk

If you just moved, keep it simple. I'd suggest cardboard moving boxes as a costume, but they are hard to wear in the car Laugh

I have a neighbor that moved in shortly before purim. They used small shipping boxes and made labels with change of address on it. The filled the boxes with mishloach manos and dressed up as delivery people.
