Potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and Onions chunked on the bottom. A package of stew meat and about a half a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce.

Veggie will be a soup from my freezer. Or maybe I’ll still make a soup. We’ll see.

I cook large batches of soup at a time on Sunday or when I have a day off from work. Then I always have in the freezer and can use to round out a meal.

Recipe: call pizza store, order, pay.

I'm too exhausted to think about supper. Over the past three weeks, the kids have been taking turns being sick and mom is not managing...

So cool! I use the exact same recipe!

2 separate things...
The lukshen I actually cooked in a bekela...
The mushrooms went in the Betty Crocker on a parchment paper with oil, salt & pepper (apparently that makes me mother of the year for that second...)

Forgot that I also took out a vegetable soup from the freezer.

What is a bekela and what is a Betty Crocker?

One pan meal.
1 cup brown rice
1.5 cups water
Combination of veggies cut into small chunks, I used onions and zucchini
Dark chicken cutlets
Seasoning
Pour rice and water into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle veggies on top. Cover with chicken cutlets. Generously season chicken.
Bake covered on 400 for an hour. Uncover and bake for a few minutes to brown. I prepped this the night before and put in the oven at 4 pm.

Sorry if someone asked this already. Haven’t read the whole thread.
What do u season with?
