I used to do her videos 2 ir more times a week( but did3-5 miles worth) and slimmed down.
I did find her music terrible tho, so I used a saved playlist 2 play in the background to get more into it.

I don’t think you’ll lose weight, but it will make you more physically fit…
In general I don’t think exercise alone makes you lose weight.
I’ve been doing intense exercise 30 minutes a day for 6 months and I haven’t lost a lb….it did make me stronger and more energized.
I only lose weight I count my calories and watch what I eat.

I’ve done similar programs and toned up. I also lost weight after birth doing similar programs. I like Jessica smith better than Leslie sansonr- similar idea but less boring for me.
