When can I start feeding my baby yogurt? She is 8 months. Also what is the healthiest type to feed a baby?

I'm not sure when you could start but the healthiest yogurt would be plain Greek or just plain yogurt. Whole milk preferred for a baby. I would add pureed fruit to it to sweeten it . The flavored ones are FULL of sugar. No need to introduce that so young.

My pediatrician told us 8 months. Whole milk yogurt with the least sugar is best- I’ve never found that in chili’s Yisroel and can’t imagine giving Greek yogurt since I myself can’t handle that so I just give whole milk yogurt and sigh and the sugar.

I started at 6/7 months when started solids. Plain full fat yogurt without sugar is best. Sometimes I added unsweetened applesauce.
