I have a stuffed nose and a headache for a week
I also can hardly smell
I don't think I ever had such a bad cold that didn't get better after this long. Is this covid?
Sometimes I literally can't breaththrough my nose until finally one side clears up
I'm going out of my mind

So sorry! Have you taken any Sudafed and Tylenol or anything? That can help

Probably.
Why don't you just take a test and see? It's been a week already.

Please test, it’s all over the place.
For the record, though, I think that there is a difference between not being able to breathe well through your nose cause of your cold and losing your sense of smell if you can breathe normally. I don’t think many people with omicron are losing taste and smell.
Refuah Sheleimah.

Refua sheleima. No one here can tell you if you have covid. You'd need to get tested to find out. If you don't want to fet tested, I hope you are isolating in the meantime so you don't spread whatever you have.

My son loses his sense of smell whenever he has a stuffy nose (since before covid) so loss of smell because of that doesn't mean covid. But a pcr test can give you your answer.

For all the posters above who say please test, need to test.... WHY? What is OP going to do differently?
OP, the answer is maybe. Treat your symptoms. Rest. Refuah sheleimah.

Losing smell when NOT stuffed up is very specific to Covid. Not being able to smell because you're stuffed up is pretty normal for all colds, flu, etc.

She asked a question, and a test would give her the only definitive answer to her question.
This reminds me of all the “Am I pregnant” threads.

Because op is obviously curious and wants to know. So she's asking a bunch of random women who couldn't possibly know forsure whether she's positive or not.
Well if she cares to know then test.

It’s possible. I have a stuffy nose without a cold for almost a week and now my daughter has covid(tested her because she had fever wanted to know what it is) so I’m also wondering.

Many people with your symptoms have tested positive for Covid.

I couldn’t care less if she tests or not, but her question was something that she will only get the answer to if she tests. No one here can say if it is or isn’t.
