I am totally Out of commission with flu In bed. I feel like everyone I know was sick past two weeks and I am late to party er misery.

Is anyone else sick now in lakewood?

I’m sorry. It’s miserable to be sick. I know one person just positive with covid and a few ppl home with fever.
Things are still going around.
As of today per hefkervelt
700 new covid cases in Lakewood over the weekend (deaths revised down by 29) totals 21176/303
- 369 new covid cases in Jackson (deaths revised down by 6) totals 11089120
- 619 new covid cases in Toms River (deaths revised down by 17) totals 18676/345

That number is the highest I’ve seen in long time. And tons of ppl aren’t even bothering with testing

No. I'm sick now and so are my kids. I also know other sick people. And I saw plenty of coughing people at the urgent care.

I got the flu about 2 weeks ago. Now over shabbos I developed a deep cough and on Sunday my nose for really stuffy. On Sunday night I had some fever. I really hope it's not COVID.

I also think many ppl immune systems are shot so they keep getting sick.
My mother in law recently had covid a second time and decided to wear a mask in public to prevent catching flu and colds to give her body time to recover.

I don’t know many people in Lakewood in general, but I know many people who are either sick now or recovered in the last few weeks.
Edited to add some have/had the flu, some have/had covid

Oy refua shleima to everyone. I guess I'm thing back to 2020 I got covid only 1 full year after the outbreak in April 2021 . IA feel Ike im always late to getting sick. Does that indicate anything about me. Why do I get sick after the wave?

I’m sick for the second time in a few weeks, but I almost never get sick.
My husband, who normally gets sick very easily, Bh has been fine (would not be pretty if he was also out of commission!)
