My 3 month old baby arches her back, doesnt sleep well. During the day only takes short naps. She takes a long time to go to sleep at night. The only thing is I prop her bottles then she fals asleep so she doesnt always burp before she falls asleep. Maybe it's that. But at night she wakes up so many times and even if I burp her she's still not settled. she used to be much better.

Reflux can be painful.
Regular reflux they spit up a lot.
Silent reflux, they don't spit up much, but the acid comes up their throat. It would be way more than arching a back and waking up a lot. My son had silent reflux and wasn't gaining weight. My daughter had it, she was gaining but screamed all day every day until we put her on reflux meds.
