My 7 yo dd had been complaining of nausea and dizziness for a day or two, woke up in middle of the night, vomited, and stopped complaining about her nausea. But the next day she was complaining a bit on and off about a headache. Today was the second day of her complaining about her headache. No other symptoms. I almost called the doctor today, but she tends to complain a bit, so I figured to push it off and see what happens tomorrow (if she complains it hurts even when she's having fun, or only when it's time to clean up/go to bed)
But I started getting nervous that maybe I should be calling the doctor now.
Anyone have any insight for me?

Oh wow. Maybe. Ok I was nervous maybe much worse. She does drink water, but I'm not sure if it's enough. I'll look out for other signs. Ty!

Headaches and nausea kinda go together for me so it doesn’t sound surprising although two days sounds like a long time for a headache.
And agree with pp who mentioned headaches, nausea, and vomiting are signs of dehydration.

I'd definitely do a covid test.
Another thing to consider is migraines- but if this is the first and only time this has happened I wouldn't jump to that conclusion.
