Hi!
I struggle with emotional eating. I'm interested in looking into if a workbook would help me with it.
I don't know too much about therapy workbooks but I've heard about it and it sounds interesting. (So if you have any experience with it, please do chime in!)
So, can any of you recommend a workbook or a company that makes workbooks that will be effective?
