When talking about Hollywood, which area are people referring to?
I heard there were a bunch of Heimish ppl who bought along north 68th Ave between sheridian and stirling.. can anyone confirm?

Is that by Rabbi Smith? That's a bit out. Emerald Hills is where most people are but we've exploded and people are buying in every direction now. West. Hollywood Hills. Every which way.

All I’m looking for is a few frum families more to the regular frum side than the MO end .. trying to figure out where families are!!

I think she means more on the yeshivish side as opposed to MO. Hollywood is a MO community. It's the Teaneck of the south. There are definitely some black hats moving in though.

There is a small black hat shul in Hollywood now called Heichal Hatorah. http://heichalhatorahvision.com/
Still, its important to go in eyes wide open, Hollywood is MO community. It's lovely, warm, etc, but straight up MO.
Also there isn't a single house for sale in the area around Heichal. Not one.
