How do I go about finding a house to rent that's close enough to a shul. Are there any whatsapp group chats I can join to see if anything available. Or if pple stay in hotels near shuls how do they deal with the electronic keys etc

Theres a new hotel Altair Bay Harbor. and all kosher hotel .. if youre into that. Definitely avoids all those issues.

the hotels are used to dealing with these issues
they are set up for it
like they have someone from the front desk meet you at your door with a card to let you in and the like
some have shabbos elevator for those who use them
