I have 2 packages of defrosted chicken breasts that need to be made edible and I am not up to cooking. Can I just throw them in a dutch oven with veg and sauce without bothering to remove excess fat, etc?
Any ither ideas?

Yes you can do that but you can also use a9x13 pan instead of Dutch so no dishes
You can also order pizza..
