Each community should be a seperate post and include what type the people are and how much the houses cost.
Also which streets are frum (if I tell you wiliamsburg is frum but dont tell you where the frum community is you wont know where to go.)
And how long it was established

Would love if you could post if there are rental options in such a community.

BC (before coivd) the OU would have a housing fair about every year for people looking for a new community to move to.

I do know some people who found a place from the OU housing fair

I think now they have a virtual housing fair, were you go to their web site and they have a list of places, a description, and who to content if you want to know more.

It can't hurt to try. Hatzlacha

There is going to be a new community with a Kollel under Torah U'Mesorah starting this summer in TAMPA FLORIDA!
The community is not going to be Chassidish.
Separate from the existing Chassidish community.
For more info call the Rabbi running it at 848-224-3369
The community is geared to be a warm Frum out-of-town Torah growing community from what they say. The vision sounds really nice, and it's affordable too!

He is not publicizing the area except to people who will actually move in so that investors don't ruin the housing market
