I’ll make it easy for you… buy the Duncan Hines chewy brownie mix, it’s great. 😋

Fewer eggs will make it fudgier. So will underbaking a few minutes.

Is it fudgy?

Doesn’t it have a preservativey after taste ?

Chewier brownies have more sugar than flour. Caliber brownies have more flour than sugar.

This is my go-to recipe for fudgy brownies

1/2 cup margarine or butter (I use oil for pareve it's fine)
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (I use 100 g usually)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnut (optional)
Melt the chocolate with the oil/butter, when it cools a bit add sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour salt and walnut
Bake 20-25 minutes
I usually throw the batter into a ready made graham cracker pie crust as an easy dessert - sometimes I heat it up on the plata to serve warm on shabbat when we have guests.

And not overbeating the eggs. I have a brownie recipe says that overbeating will make the brownies less fudgy, more cakey (but still delicious).

Very chewy (matter of fact my child told me he wants it more Camry, and the box instructions say to use more eggs for a more cake like consistency). This is really chewy with the the standard instructions, and if you like it a bit hard which I do, bake it for a little longer.
It doesn’t have any bad aftertaste. It’s really yum.
Also my child likes when I add chocolate chips and/or sprinkles.

A few years ago I made a Walmart brand brownie. (I think. Pareve.) It was really good.
