Not sure what type of Simcha you are making. Shani Weinman does a beautiful job and is considered to be the most economical.

I don't....I was at a vort she did recently (in Ateres Yeshaya) and she set up really beautifully. I wasn't the Baalas Simcha so don't have her number.
