A JCC with a pool baskball , good food and adequate supervision

For boys who arent AA bochurim who sleep in their hat and learn every minute, but are very good kids

Without such a place they hang out in a pizza place or Starbucks and meet all sorts of bad influences and girls who arent bad but feel neglected

Afterwhile these boys and girls turn bad
It breaks my heart to see this Sad

There is a 24 hour gym on James st many boys go to
And there are at least 2 locations in town for boys and/or girls to hang out with supervision and free food and entertainment.

A proper Chinese restaurant! (Hint: if it serves Thursday night chulent it’s not a Chinese restaurant!!)

As for iScream Kids, I don’t know about anyone else but I found they didn’t keep it up as it should have been. It was gross and run down the last few times I went. I loved it when it was brand new.

Takeoff from Brooklyn, as that's when the stores open there. No idea why. Maybe so the owners could do their errands in the morning before opening up Very Happy

How can they do their errands if most businesses are closed in the morning?

There are good dentists but you are looking for a great dentist who takes Medicaid.

I still can't figure out how to quote text but for chinese food seekers, we love authentic kosher chinese! I'm pregnant and crave it all the time. I see that someone wrote that if it serves cholent it's not a chinese restaurant. Have you ever had the food from there? I have had chinese food from other places, and the quality of authentic kosher chinese, in my opinion is amazing. It tastes fresh, is not as heavy as other places I have had from in other cities, and in my opinion is authentic. I order dumplings, wontons, soups, or chicken/meat and veggie dishes. I have been super impressed every time. Feel free to disagree, but I was just posting because I was curious if you have gotten food from there or just don't get the right vibes so haven't tried. Also, they do doordash, which sometimes has promotions so you can get a discount on your order and pickup so you don't have to pay delivery. My biggest fear is that they will close!

Nah. The best and most authentic Chinese I’ve had was somewhere in north Jersey (West Orange? Livingston?) and in LA. The place in Deal was good too, are they still around? And in Manalapan. But the local places don’t come anywhere near those.

Hmm... Okay I haven't tried chinese from any of those places... so maybe I'm wrong, but I'm very happy with what we have here.

Yes authentic is the best. They only sell cholent because they’re in Lakewood and you cant have a takeout in Lakewood without cholent Smile

That is true for children maybe, but my husband and I are not on Medicaid and we still have a hard time finding good dentists. Perhaps you can recommend.
