I doubt it. People won’t shell out thousands of dollars to suddenly be displaced on erev yt.

True but lots of people who are traveling abroad to Europe are needing to do this

I would think most people who are being careful enough about COVID to want this would also realize that a Pesach hotel is a terrible idea for them even with this particular precaution in place.
