Can anyone recommend a therapist in chemed that they have experience with for a child with ADD?

I just want to check what type of therapy you are hoping to get for this child. How old is he/she? They have plenty of LCSWs but what kind of therapy does the child need?

I used him for anxiety in child. Was excellent.

Would a girl do well with him? I need someone for anxiety, self blame, impulsivity etc.

It depends on the girl, temperament, age - would She may do better with a lady.

What do you see her more comfortable with?

Right. But does she need someone more soft spoken, sweet.

Ovadia was great for my son.

I thought my dd did better with a softer female therapist. I’m not sure if I loved the therapist I got or not so not mentioning her name. She definitely achieved the goal and I wouldn’t have anything bad to say about her.
For my daughter at the time she needed that more.

(Both were going for anxiety relating to traumatic event. My son had more misplaced guilt to work through. Both ended therapy in a healthy place)

I would never send a girl to a male therapist when there are female therapists available.
