Best two week before bar mitzvah

Help! I have a Simcha in two weeks and I have a lovely suit which is trim and looks amazing. I’ve worked hard the last 6 weeks to lose about 10 pounds in order to fit into this suit.

The problem is I’m worried about gaining weight back. I’m on some antibiotics which always throws me off and I’m not able to exercise right now. Maybe in a week. I’m off sugar. What else can I do? I’m trying to breathe through this but afraid my body is going to bounce right back and regain those ten pounds! I’m also sooooo bloated from the antibiotics.

Drink 100 oz of water daily
Don't eat gassy food
Eat healthy fats

You sound like you're doing amazing! Mazel tov!

I'm sorry, but you get clothing to fit your body, you don't change your body to fit your clothing. This is not healthy.

Try intermittent fasting
Eat only in a six hr. window
For example eat at 12 and finish eating by 6
You could have coffee, tea and water in your fasting period
Drinking a butter coffee does not break your fast
1-2 TBSP butter and coffee- blend in a small blender. Super creamy and delicious

In the evening have a large apple cider vinegar tea
Hot water, 1-2 TBSP ACV, stevia

Sample Menu:
8:00 - butter coffee
Drink lots of water in between
12:00- large green salad
protein
1-2 TBSP fat
Drink lots of water in between
5:00 large green salad
veggie soup or cooked veg
protein
1-2 TBSP fat
Drink lots of water
9:00 ACV tea
