Anyone have the doona footmuff? Are you happy with it? Is it compatible to other carriages? I need a bunting for a newborn that would be good for the doona and the bugaboo bee. I see the 7am is very popular but I’m wondering why no one has the doona footmuff? Wouldn’t that fit better than the 7am pod? I’m not talking about the 7 am car seat cover because that can’t be used in my bugaboo bee.

I don't own a doona so can't really advise.
Maybe you just buy what you like for the bee.
Doona is for in and out of car. A cute fuzzy blanket on baby is good.
