Not a real recipe, but I marinate with olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, a bit of salt (I find pargiot pretty salty to begin with) and pepper and then grill on my grill pan. So good.

I slice onions then saute in a pan till browned.
Season pargiyot with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder(not too much)
Add to browning onions. Add about 1/2 cup of OJ and 1/2 cup water.
Let simmer for about 1 hour until super deliciously soft!

I line a foil pan with parchment paper, put cleaned chicken in and pour some crumbs on top and mix so crumbs are evenly distributed. And I spray with soy sauce olive oil and honey. Bake closed then open for total of about 35 min on 425 (10 min more than cutlets)
