You mean it’s crystallized? Put it under hot water and it should get back to normal.

You can use it in recipes for cakes and cookies.

Don't do this until you're ready to use it in a big recipe (it melts the bottle) but put it in the microwave in short 30 second increments until the crystals liquefy.

Place bottle in a pot of boiling water (not on the fire) until crystals dissolve

I had this recently. I put it in a pan with boiling hot water. When it liquefied enough I used it right away for my challos. I felt that it would crystallize again once cooled so I used it right away.
The challos were delicious.

Loosen the lid on the jar, so it doesn't build up pressure and possibly crack.
Boil a pot of water.
Take the water OFF the fire.
Set the honey jar in the hot water.

Depending on the size of the jar, honey should be liquid within a few minutes to a half an hour. If it's a big jar, remove it from the (now cold water). Reboil the water. Take the pot off the heat, and then put the jar back in. The second time around should be enough even for a large jar.
