I had my baby over 6 months ago and I’m still not back to myself, and I know that’s okay. But it’s starting to impact my mental health that I’m not happy with how my body is. I don’t have the time, energy or $$$ for nutritionist, workout classes or personal trainers. So I’m asking if I start eating much more cleaner cutting out junk and using the treadmill for 30 minutes a day is it possible I’ll lose some weight? Or see any sort of difference. Thank you.

Absolutely. Cut all sugar if possible. Avoid artificial sweetners. And NO diet soda!
If you eat dairy, eat full fat only. NO LOW FAT anything.
30 min light exercise a day and you will see difference

I see an RD nutritionist in the evening from home (remote zoom or phone), covered by insurance. I did go in person during the day for the initial consultation.
