I was looking for the same last year, and finally found a class run by Malky Giniger.
If you're looking for a dancing exercise class, you can try the Boro Park Y. The instructor at the Boro Park Y also runs her classes privately in Flatbush.

You can google Malky Giniger - she runs a music and singing school. The dancing class I had joined included ballet basics. It was a small group of 6 women.
