Do any of the alternative treatments have a high success rate? The ones in thinking of are chiropractor and craniosacral therapy

Look into tongue tie as well as Cranio facial therapy, in addition to what you already mentioned

Can you explain how these work for scoliosis? I had to wear a brace from 8-9th grade and I have a relative who needed major surgery because of it.
How do these alternative things work?
