Buyer Beware: Kirkland Organic Dried Mangos doesnt have OU any more

The product is shown with an OU.

https://www.instacart.com/stor.....17276

But when you get it, it has this Hechsher (thats not listed on CRC as an approved Hechsher).

I emailed CRC and will get an answer within 48 hours.

Meantime is anyone familiar with this Hechsher?

Does the fact that these dried mangos have only one ingredient (organic dried mangos) change anything?

https://ka-kosher.com/

Thanks.

Thanx 4 the warning. I always buy this from Costco. Can you update here when you find out about it? Thank you so much!

That symbol is from Mexico. My understanding is it may be a case by case type of thing and one should AYLOR.

ETA I don't have Costco near me, so I haven't asked about this particular item.

Oh my, I literally almost ordered those on Friday. Thank you for the heads up!
I am quite sure that hechsher isn't good (but please double check). There is a chance though that the CRC may still say you can eat it because there are no ingredients in it

CRC says dried mango with no other ingredients does not need a hechsher. I follow that.

Someone I know married to a Mexican says it's ok... Definitely wait on an answer but it's likely that many do hold it's good enough.

FWIW, for anyone in need of a fix, BJ's dried mango is certified O-K.

Plain no additives doesn't need a hechsher via the crc.

As far as I know dried fruit with no added ingredients don’t need a hechsher, it’s literally fruit that has been dried.
Also if any preservatives are listed they are generally ok too like sulphur dioxide
