Hi I have a non life threatening medical condition that requires at home oxygen with high flow concentration. The condition requires that I receive oxygen in middle of the night I am looking for a medical supply company that is open in the pm hours so I can have the oxygen when I need it late tonight. I contacted bikur cholim, and they were not able to help me. Hatzlah can only come if there is an actual emergency, and I feel bad making them come in middle of the night for something not life threatening.
Does anyone know where I can get a hold of at home oxygen during the pm hours, medical supply company open 24 hours a day etc.
Does your condition respond to an oxygen concentrator? You don't need separate oxygen tanks.
If you need actual tanks, you'll need prescriptions to get & keep the oxygen tanks at home. You don't call a company to come out each time you need it.

I need an actual tank not a concentrator. I have a prescription but don't have the tank right now. I'm looking to order one as soon as I can.
Have your doctor send in a prescription to a homecare company for 3 or whatever amount of oxygen tanks. They'll need to write a diagnosis code and send it to a company serving NJ such as prompt care, byram...This is a routine type of request. They'll put in order for oxygen mask, nasal cannula and whatever else you require such as a pulse ox machine.
Most people get the initial prescription from the specialist and after, the pcp will keep refills g ut.
Why do you need them to come in middle of the night? It’s like if you need to take a pill at midnight every night, you don’t go to a pharmacy every night to get one pill. You get a supply of it to keep in your house.
Edit - are you saying you need it for TONIGHT? If so I’d call Bikur Cholim for just this one night, call now before it gets late
