Sarah Rivkah Kohn, of Links and Shloime's Club, has a whole list of recommended books. The book posted above, I know she likes.
She also has tons of non-Jewish books that she's reviewed.
Maybe you can find that on her Instagram account. (I don't know how to use Instagram)
