my baby is 1
she has very fair skin and very smooth kah...
last night she woke up throwing up  and this morning too..
I noticed on the sides of her cheeks little red dots. they dont look like veins (like broken blood vessels)...
could this be from the throwing up and pushing hard? shes also been constipated...

Red dots sound like petechia. Yes you can get them from vomiting with force . I get them on my face when I vomit straining myself. It's popped blood vessels.

theyre very light and like the size of a small pencil dot
anything to do for it?
will it go away?

It could be from the vomiting, that can burst little veins. If so, they should resolve on their own within two or three days. But watch out. If she has a fever and/or the broken veins turn up on other parts of the body, it could be something more sinister and needs to be checked out by a doctor.
