4 yr old constant ear infection please help

DD 4 has one ear infection after another. She was on medication many times already, it disappears and comes right back when medication is over.
Please advise what to do! I want to avoid tubes/surgery if possible.

Here is a list of things to look into/try

Remove gluten and dairy, minimize sugar
Craniosacral therapy
Evaluate for tongue tie and snip if necessary
Chiropractic adjustment
Look for enlarged tonsils and adenoids - they won’t let fluid drain properly
Try an antihistamine
Lymphatic drainage or lymphatic massage
Garlic mullein oil
Probiotics and fermented foods
Essential oils massaged around ear
Reflexology
Long term herbal antibiotics
If you are living in mold and moving is not an options, run an air purifier

She really doesn’t have much dairy. A bit of yogurt 2-3 times a week at most.

So then it shouldn’t be a big deal to cut that out, sometimes even that tiny bit can be setting off the cascade that leads to the repeat infections.

when I had his problem with my child, the shaliach who helped was Dr Stanley Miller, gentle and effective chiropractor. He is in Brooklyn Mondays and Wednesdays, 718 853 4927. And definitely take her off dairy
