I apologize if I misunderstood your words, not that I even thought for a millisecond that you were competing with me.
I was talking about competing in general when playing a game.
Years already, I've seen that email correspondence which is like posting, is often subject to misunderstandings in words and intention.
When writing an email one doesn't express themself fully (it would take too much writing) like when one is speaking to another person.

I really enjoy playing with you "dankbar." You are fun to play with, a kind person, excellent with words and have a broad vocabulary. I've learned new words and expressions from you.

Dearest "Rugelech," if I may suggest, imho, I think perhaps the new letters should be posted a bit later (like 3:30-4:00 Israeli time - 1:30-2:00 England, 8:30-9:00 parts of US) in order to give the Americans a quicker chance at the game before the other time zoner players have almost depleted the words possibilities.
I don't think majority of the American I/m's with young children are playing games at 6-7am.

Actually, I don't live in America but just thinking how this excellent, exciting, enthralling, game can be played fairly all around.

Or I thought I could put one lot of letters around 9.00 for the players in England and Israel. Then I put a different set of letters around 9.00 (USA time) for American players only.
On Friday I suggest not putting a list up at all and I don't know about Motzei Shabbos because of the different time zones.

What do you think?

Sorry, I realized that 2 different times is not going to work out.

So if I post the new letters at about 5.30 English time, which is about 7.30 Israeli time, and about 12.30 USA time, except Friday, does that work for everyone to have an equal chance?

The word opposite is brilliant. You are very good at word games.

Maybe any player who gets words of 7 letters or more should score e.g. 10 points per word and every so often players put down their score like with wordle.

What do you and others think?

Hi dearest friends players,

My computer is connected to my landline phone. Due to construction work- a light rail is being constructed on the main road off where I live which will iy'H run thru Jlm, anyway the main underground phone cables were torn resulting in no phone for the whole neighborhood from yesterday noon.
That's why I didn't respond to posts.

B'H, to my relief, they managed to repair it and the phones are working again.
I really missed ya all. Smile

I didn't yet read the posts from yest/t-day.

Where are we holding? And what decisions were made?

I am about to post today's letters. Hopefully the time will suit everyone better.

I suggest maybe any words a player writes in her list with 7 letters or more gets 10 points for each word. (No points for less then 7 letters). Then we can see who gets the most points.

Just a shout out to my fellow imagame friends- I absolutely love the atmosphere here. Even when I don't get to this until my nighttime (US - Eastern Time), I feel like I have a new social circle, everyone is always so wonderful and friendly and kind to each other.
I also love this new game! Got me working my brain more than I usually do! No time for it now, maybe later, but just wanted to say hi!
